The Black Management Forum is an organisation whose primary role is to develop and empower black managers within organisations. It comprises of individual members from diverse managerial disciplines.
Being a section 21 company (Public Benefit Organisation), the commercial means are pursued through the Black Management Forum Investment Company Limited as well as other initiatives through the Trust. Beyond these, the primary source of funding for the organisation is membership fees, both from individual and corporate members.
The Black Management Forum is a non-racial thought-leadership organisation with the main purpose of influencing socio-economic transformation in our country, in pursuit of socio-economic justice, fairness and equity. The Black Management Forum continues to be vocal on these principles and has been putting Corporate South Africa in check and encouraging participation of the broader South African stakeholders.
