"The BMF is recognised in the country as one of the key eminent business associations representing the voice of black professionals and business people"

Although the strategic focus of the BMF is on black managers, its' policy and philosophy is non-racial. To that end its' membership was opened to all races in 1989. It comprises over 3,000 members from diverse managerial disciplines.

The organisation is nationally based with 30 branches throughout the country, providing career guidance to young people through 40 established student chapters at various colleges and universities.
In addition, there are some 100 corporate members who identify with the mission and ideals of the BMF.

Individual Membership Opportunities
