Jimmy is the Director-General of the Department of Labour, a position he took on in September 2009. Prior to joining the Department of Labour, he was the Group Executive of Corporate Affairs at Tigerbrands. He is the former Chairperson of the Commission for Employment Equity. He is a Chartered Marketer with an Economic Geology background. He serves on a few company boards as non executive director. He represents the BMF at BUSA where he chairs the Standing Committee on Social Policy. He also chairs the BMFI board. Mr. Manyi has over 20 years corporate experience in mainly blue chip and multinationals spanning across key sectors of the economy (Mining, Auto, Banking, IT, Health and Food). He has recently been elected as president of the Confederation of Black Business Organisations, (CBBO).
| Ms. Mnyaka obtained a degree in Social Science from the University of Natal (now UKZN) and later pursued a Masters degree in Town and Regional Planning from the same university. She started her career in retail as a trainee manager at Woolworths. She is a seasoned development specialist having been involved in Development Planning for 10 years.
She practiced as a Town and Regional Planner at the Department of Local Government and Housing and later joined Durban Metro (eThekwini Municipality) as a Project Officer and later a development manager, focusing in economic development related special projects and urban renewal. She then joined the Hibiscus Coast Municipality as a Head of Economic and Planning Department, focusing on environmental planning, urban renewal and local economic development. She left public service for private sector as a director, shareholder and managing director of Abenzi Wasteman, a waste management company she co-owns with a group of 7 women and foreign shareholders. She serves on the boards of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as the Deputy President of the BMF.
| Gaba is the Managing Director of the BMF since August 2009. Gaba started his career as a Junior Lecturer at the University of North West then later became the Deputy Director of the North West Provincial Government in the office of the Premier where he stayed for a year. He then moved on to Accenture where he worked as a Strategy Manager on major and extensive projects before moving on to becoming CEO of Invest North West, a position he held until moving to the BMF. Gaba completed his BCom Education at the University of Bophuthatswana in 1995 then his BCom Honours at the University of North West. He then graduated with Honours at the Clark-Atlanta University in the USA when he completed his MBA in 1999, majoring in Finance and Marketing.

Xoliswa is the Chief Operations Officer of Harith Fund Managers. She is a lawyer by training and has over 15 years experience as a Corporate Lawyer. Her experience spans various sectors, including Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications and Investment Management. She has served as Chief Legal Counsel and/or Group Company Secretary for various blue chip entities, among them Sanlam Life and Mittal Steel. She serves on various boards and is currently the Chairman of the Western Cape Trade and Investment Promotion Agency | | Suzan Seabi has a BCOMPT Degree from UNISA awarded in 1999, majoring in Accounting and Auditing and later obtained a certificate in Customer Relations Marketing from the same University . She also has MAP Certificate from Wits Business school, and has completed a Global leadership programme from Duke CE in 2009. Suzan Started her career as a professional nurse with midwifery where she stayed in the profession for the period of eight years(including 4 years of training) before venturing into the corporate world . After completing her Accounting degree she worked as a junior accountant in the investment company and later progressed into managerial roles in the field of sales , marketing , accounting and taxation with different financial institutions. Suzan is currently a managing member of a training and development company dealing with skills development and capacity building mostly in rural areas.(as part of rural development) |

| | Mr Itumeleng Lute is a qualified Mining Engineer by profession and has over 15 years experience in the fields of mine design, planning, project management, environmental management and mine health and safety. The founding member of Botswerere Mining, Lute Mining and Lute Diamonds respectively he serves as the managing member and factor manager of the two latter. He has previously worked for Rex Mining Corporation and Anglo American Coal Corporation and holds various qualifications in mining, B. Tech-Mining Engineering, and a Diploma in Mining-Engineering and Coal Mining from what was then Witwatersrand Technikon. In addition he served as Provincial Treasurer and Secretary of the Forum in the Northern Cape from 2007 to 2008. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Association of Mine Managers of South Africa. Mr Lute currently serves on the Black Management Forum’s National Board and was appointed as the Provincial Chairperson of the Northern Cape in August 2009. | Mr Norbert Nyamsi is a physicist by training with over 10 years experience in education and training. He is the founder/MD of Nyelibalwa Training & Trading. He is FS Deputy Provincial Chairperson of SABCOHA – South African Business Coalition on HIV & Aids. He is currently with the group Goldfields under Rock Engineering as part of a project. He has served has the founding Chairman of Co- Contributor to the African Development (Co-con Africa) – NGO. He is a member of SANIRE – South Africa National Institute of Rock Engineers. He is the Free State Provincial chairperson & Director of BMF since July 2010 Mr Nyamsi can be defined as a teacher, a researcher and businessman in short.

Mr Keetse has an MAP Certificate from Wits Business School and a certificate for Sales and Channel Leadership: Insead Exec Business School, Fontainbleu, France. He is currently busy with his BTech in Marketing at Unisa. He has worked at BP Southern Africa as a Retail Business Manager. Mr. Keetse now works for old Mutual Retail Mass Market as the Chairperson of Old Mutual Provincial Management Board. He is also a Board Member for the Barberton Community Radio. He is a member of the Business Management Committee and is a Tourism Forum Member: Provincial Government, Department of Economic Development and Planning.
| Mr. Mpulu is the CEO of Indaba Group. He has a Bachelor of commerce degree (Business Management and Economics).He started his business career as a business development specialist for a small business organisation and gained his experience in the corporate world when he was overseeing Eastern Cape Emerging Markets for a multi national - Novartis Pharmaceuticals and became a Director for Marketing for Performance Unlimited and Sure Travel. In 2006 he became an Investment Specialist for Amathole Economic Development Agency. He is the current chairperson of the Black Management Forum in the Eastern Cape and Non Executive Director of BMF and National Deputy Chairperson and Board member of Student Christian Organisation.
Mr. Mpulu is now a chairman of Indaba consortium that manages government projects and a group CEO of Indaba Group that has interest in various sectors namely communications and advertisement, Property investment, Project Management and Consultancy. | Lindy Dhlamini began her career with Coopers & Lybrand now commonly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she served her articles of internship. She has worked for a variety of organisations during her career, and gained experience in Finance, Auditing, Taxation, and now heads the Supply Chain Division of Mhlathuze Water Board.
Under her belt she has a BCompt and an Honours Degree in Accounting. Lindy also received two merit awards while studying with Unisa. She continued her studies through Wits University where she registered for the Management Advancement Program, funded by Nedbank. The Business Woman Association (BWA) recognised Lindy in 2007 for her role at Corporate Level and involvement in her community. She was a finalist in the Corporate Category for 2007 Business Women of the Year in Zululand. Lindy is the Chairman of the Performance Committee for Uthungulu Municipality, a member of the Audit Committee for Mthonjaneni Municipality, Chairman of the Zululand Crafters Association and the Chairperson of the Black Management Forum for the KZN Province.

Mr Abraham Luruli’s qualifications range from a Secondary Teachers Diploma from Venda College of Education, an Advance Certificate on Municipal Governance from Rand Afrikaans University, is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Administration Degree through Unisa to a number of courses he has attended. His passion for being in leadership started when he was a standard 10 pupil as a member of a Student Representative Council (SRC) and continued by being a member of the SRC at Venda College of Education. He has been a Mayor of Greater Musina Transitional Local Council, Chairperson of the Northern Province Branch in the Institute for Housing of South Africa and President of the Institute for Housing of South Africa to mention some of his leadership positions. He is currently a Municipal Manager in the Musina Municipality, a Member of the Hospital Board in Musina Hospital and a Salga Limpopo delegate to Co- chair the Provincial Energy Forum of the Limpopo Province.
| Ms. Nompumelelo ‘Mpumi’ Zikalala is the General Manager of Voorspoed Mine, one of the six De Beers Consolidated Mines in South Africa, a position she took in January 2010. Voorspoed Mine is known for being one of the most transformed mines in South Africa and boasts about 35% women employment and 2% employment of people with disabilities. Prior to joining Voorspoed Mine, Mpumi was the General Manager of Kimberley Mines.
Mpumi holds a BSc Chemical Engineering degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, and completed the course for Emerging Leaders at the London Business School. She started her mining career in 1996 as a De Beers bursar and has worked in various leadership roles at Cullinan Mine, The Oaks Mine, Kimberley Mines and the De Beers Head Office.
Mpumi chairs the Ponahalo Equal Allocation Trust and is a non-executive Director in Black Management Forum (Co-opted director) and Ndowana board.
| Ms. Khumalo is a Partner -In -Charge of Limpopo and Mpumalanga Provinces at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She joined PwC in 1996 as an Article Clerk.
She has six years experience in various aspects of Financial Management and twelve years experience as a Director, Team Manager and team member for Consulting, internal and external Auditing Assignments.
Ms. Khumalo's experience includes secondments to the University of Limpopo to act as Executive Director in Finance and Gauteng Shared Services centre to act as a Client Manager. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the SA institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
She served in the PwC Governing Board and currently serves on the following committees: PwC Exco, Stats Council of South Africa (Deputy Chairperson), and Limpopo First Lady Trust. |
