BMF Elects New Leadership In Durban

The Black Management Forum (BMF) has elected new national leadership at its triennial 45th Annual General Meeting in Durban. 

The BMF membership elect the new President, Deputy-President, Young Professionals Chairperson and Young Professionals Deputy-Chairperson of the organisation every three years. The re-elected President is Mr Andile Nomlala, who will now serve a second term in office. And the new Deputy President is Ms Esethu Mancotywa. 

The new National Young Professionals Chairperson is Mr Papama Mnqandi, and the new Deputy-Chairperson is Mr Ayanga Madolo. 

The organisation stands for the development of management capacity and for the advancement of socio-economic transformation. The organisations ethos is underpinned by justice, equity, and fairness. The newly elected leadership will be ceased with deepening the BMF ethos within the organisation and across the leadership landscape of the country.
