MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA:

  • Individuals are to be a person of management or aspiring managers in their respective industry/company.
  • Minimum 2 year working experience
  • Level of managerial status is not relevant
  • Need to subscribe to the values of the BMF
  • Annual Membership fee: R747.50 (VAT inclusive)

Young Professional

The Young Professional structure caters for post-tertiary individuals and up to the age of 35. The BMF strives to prepare aspiring managers and entrepreneurs to become fully-fledged managers in the challenging South African workspace through various programs and workshops.

The BMF offers the Young Professional Development Program, which provides the necessary guidance, and training required by young professionals to ensure they are well prepared and equipped to play an effective managerial leadership role within any organisation. Members are presented with the opportunity for personal and professional development and networking prospects.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA:

  • Individuals need to be a varsity or tertiary education graduate
  • Under the age of 36
  • Subscribe to the values of the BMF

Student Chapter

The BMF Student Chapter (BMFsc) embodies the BMF mandate of “Developing Managerial Leadership,” most specifically amongst the youth who are a focal point to steer socio-economic transformation.

The student chapter endeavours to support aspirant business managers and leaders, providing them with the necessary tools to develop managerial skills while educating them on socio-economic transformation and approaches to handle such challenges.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA:

  • Individuals are to be in the process of furthering their education at a registered institution of higher learning
  • Need to subscribe to the values of the BMF
